Every business nees someone driving the bus and vision comes from looking at the business from a 30,000ft view.

You need to be looking at the big picture and identifying competition and opportunities. Determining and defining the direction of the company and coming up with a strategy to get there. Many business owners simply lose their vision for one reason or another and the business begins to crumble.

There are many parts to your business broker vision, such as competition, location, market size, competitive advantage just to name a few, and I go into that in great detail in both the online course and the weekend bootcamp. We don’t have the ime to go into this in detail. Under normal circumstances, Business Vision is a 6 hour segment in the bootcamps.

In this brief introductory video, I want to touch on what I think is the most important part of it all.

The first thing you need to do in this business is to identify what you want in the form of income, and what you need to do in order to get there.

If you haven’t done so already, pause this video, print out the Vision worksheet and grab a pencil so you can fill in the blanks with our own numbers as we go through it.

If you don’t know exactly what you want, follow along and fill in the numbers I give you so you can see how it all plays out

You see, numbers don’t lie – people and emotions do, and as human beings, everything needs to be reduced to paper so we can be remove emotion and be honest with ourselves.

Everything you do from here on out will be determined by this exercise, so lets begin.
